The Spurty Chest Strap detects the time interval between two single heart beats (heart rate variability). This interval is changing from beat to beat and influenced by the central nervous system and therefore a precise prediction of the development of the physical load and endurance capacity.
The Spurty Chest Strap is available in two types (with A-GPS and without). By the chest strap detected data is transmitted via Bluetooth to the Spurty Mobile Application, displayed there in real time and persisted until the end of the workout activity.
